August 25th, 2017--- Valentina's Tex Mex BBQ Austin is the land of the food trucks, and this truck is not only on the top 50 Texas Monthly BBQ list, but it's also one of the friendliest trucks I've been to with high quality signage as well. It's been run by an entire family since it's opening, with each member contributing to the menu and the creation of each item. You can even watch them make their homemade tortillas, amidst the hustle and bustle of tacos and brisket, if you peak into the truck.
